Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Hasugas Video Studio produces AI-generated spokesperson videos from a script and spokesperson you select and approve. You do not record any footage. We deliver a finished video file through a secure download page and your chosen delivery method.

2. Orders and approval

An order is created when you select a package, spokesperson and script, and confirm your delivery details. The script you approve is used word for word. You are responsible for proofreading your script before approving it. Production begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. Your content and permissions

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every name, image, logo, trademark, voice, likeness and claim included in your order. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your script.

4. Prohibited use

You may not order videos that:

• impersonate a real person, brand or public official without permission;
• contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or deceptive content;
• make false medical, legal, financial or regulatory claims;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; or
• violate the acceptable-use rules of our underlying providers.

We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches these rules, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Payment

Prices are shown per finished video and are charged at checkout by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details. Taxes may be added where required.

6. Delivery

Most videos are generated within minutes of a confirmed payment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by provider availability or manual review.

7. Licence to use your video

Once payment clears, you receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the finished video for lawful commercial and non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to the permissions you confirmed for your content.

8. Revisions and refunds

Completed videos do not include creative revisions or refunds based on change of preference. Technical failures may qualify for a no-cost regeneration, as described in our Refund and Regeneration Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
