The spokespeople in our catalog are AI-generated performances. They are not real people endorsing your product, and they must not be presented as such.

Prohibited impersonation

• Impersonating a real, identifiable person without their written permission.
• Presenting an AI spokesperson as a named employee, executive or public official.
• Implying endorsement by a person, brand or organisation that has not given it.
• Creating political, electoral or crisis content designed to deceive.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you hold the rights to every name, logo, trademark, product claim, voice and likeness referenced in your script, and that your use complies with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and AI-disclosure laws in your market.

Disclosure

Some jurisdictions and platforms require synthetic media to be labelled. Where that applies to your use, disclosure is your responsibility.

Enforcement

We may refuse, cancel or take down orders that breach this policy, without refund where the breach is your responsibility, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
