• To produce and deliver the video you ordered.
• To notify you when your video is ready and to answer support requests.
• To detect abuse and enforce our terms.
• To meet accounting and legal obligations.

Processors we rely on

We share the minimum necessary data with the providers that operate the service: our hosting and database provider, our video generation provider, our payment provider and our email and messaging providers. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Payment data

Card details are entered directly with our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.

Retention

Order records and finished videos are retained so you can re-download your file and so we can support you. You may ask us to delete your video and order data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Security

Access to order data is restricted, download pages are private and unguessable, and administrative access is limited to authorised staff.
